39-2 Extraction Problem
I picked up 39-2 Thursday and took it to the range for a test drive. First magazine was fine. Second mag left spent case in the chamber. My guess is it worked fine then broke. No parts fell off that I can see. Any ideas what I might look for or do to correct the problem?

Try hotter ammo. 1 box of ZQ1 9mm or Winchester 9mm NATO will tell you if your pistol is one of the many that just likes them hotter. Ive had a few with the same problem that you describe.
If unsucessful have it checked out. Sometimes springs need replacing, recoil spring or extractor spring. But try hotter ammo first.
NATO 9mm is not +P so dont worry about that.

Give thought to ammo before you decide you have bad springs. If you try to swap out the extractor spring have a gunsmith do it if you dont know the correct way to do it.
