Yes, they are fully adjustable for both elevation and windage.

Great, which is the elevation? I'm guessing it's the one on the top of the slide same side as the front sight correct? Is it left poi lower and to the right poi higher?

Thanks for the info. That screw seems stuck. The side one moves freely. I'm soaking it in oil and I hope that frees it up
