It appears that the 5906 3rd gen rear sight is more like a 1911 Novak style rear sight.  It may just be compatible with Kimber or Springfield 1911 sight.  Is the front sight a 1911 or M&P?

If your 5906 has adjustable sights... I don't think there is -any- option for replacement sights. If your 5906 has the Novak fixed sights then there should be some options.

If your 5906 is a very early model with a fixed rear, but non-Novak rear sight, you may have options also.

Looks like they are offered for Glock and Springfield right now. Fitment would be an issue, with regard to the exact size of the dovetail on your particular model.
