From what I have seen online Triple K have a mixed reputation for the quality of their magazines.
I purchased two spare mags from them for my Astra Constable on .32 auto. Neither mag would lock into the grip. On the first shot the mag would drop slightly and not feed the next round. The issue was the mag cutout was slightly out of place. It was a bit too low and not engaging the release internally. A few minutes work with a needle file fixed the issue.
Given the rarity of these mags (I waited the full 120 day backorder period for them to be made) this is probably not such a big issue. How their 3913 mags work out is anyones guess but...... if you can't get them anywhere else it is worth a try.
Just be prepared to fiddle around a little to get them to work properly.

Midway usually has genuine S&W 3913 magazines.

I bought Triple K mags for a High Standard Victor, and just wouldn't feed. I gave them to a friend that had a High Standard Trophy, and they fed perfectly. So far I've been able to get factory mags for all my semi's. ?? will a Mod 39 mag fit a 3913?

You might try a Triple K and/or a ProMag magazine, but I would not stake my life on one. I have heard some people say that the ProMag can be made reliable by replacing the follower and spring with a S&W follower and spring. I've not tried anything like that, I just pay for genuine S&W mags.

They had the 3906 mags in stock last time I checked. If you want them for range use, they are perfect and give you 9 rounds.

Not sure how the gun shops are in you area, but I check the ones that have used mags in boxes regularly. I have picked up several hard to find S&W mags that way, usually at great prices. You just have to dig through. Seems like I picked up 2 3913 mags for $10 and another for $15 in the last year that way.

+1 ^^^^^^
Squidsix has several posts on DIY adding Pachmayr KAHR sleeves on the 9 round 3906 mags for a near perfect fit. Work great in my 3913NL. Midway may eventually get the S&W 3913/14 mags again too.

If you are going to the trouble of replacing the spring and follower you are better off getting factory mag

In my case, two Promags came with my 3913. Neither would consistently feed an entire mag. The followers were too wide for the magazine body. I simply swapped the followers out with SW spares I already had. Same springs and bases. No other work was needed. For range duty, they work fine, would I trust them in a life or death situation? Probably not, that’s what the factory mags are for.
But as a pair of spares, they work fine.

Triple K has, to be charitable, indifferent quality control. be prepared to return 3 or 4 to get one that works.

I wouldn't say replacing a spring and a follower is trouble. Many folks take them out to clean anyway. If you can't find a factory mag at a descent price and or get a great deal on the Promag, replacing those parts to make it reliable may be just the ticket. Many used mags need a new spring anyway, so you are just looking at the cost of a follower to upgrade it. Nothing wrong with having lesser quality range mags and using factory for carry.
