What pull weight can one expect from a new production model 41? I have sampled various vintages and the trigger quality ranges quite a bit, what are they shipping with these days?

It's difficult to compare a well-used gun to brand new, because normal use smoothes them quite a bit.

I'm sure some one here will know what weight they are shipped with, but be advised that the 41 does have an adjustable trigger, which may account for the various weights you have experienced. I bought a '93 model and it was still set at the heaviest pull. I have it adjusted to 2-1/2 lbs now. Easily adjusted, once you have it fieldstripped.
