Default Model 659 Grip Screws

Good Morning, I'm a big fan of all metal semi-auto's from the pre-polymer 80's and early 90's era. I recently picked up a model 659 in excellent condition except the screw heads on the grips have been mauled. I can't find a listing in my usual sources for screws specifying model 59 or 659. Does any know of a source that is very close to OEM style? Are these just standard 1911??Thanks in advance.
