I’m pretty sure I remember that question coming up before.
The answer was that the 39 bushings and screws were the same as the 52. (Or rather the 52’s were the same as the 39’s.) I don’t see why they’d be different. I don’t have a 52 to compare but someone who has both could confirm or dispute. Especially if I’m wrong. 🙄
If that is the case Jack First has both bushings and screws in stock.

The stocks for the 39 and 52 are the same.
I grab them whenever I see them for sale, which is not often in Australia.
I would think the screws maybe the same.
The reason I say maybe is that the model 39 pachmayr wraparound seam harder to fit to a 52-2 than the 39. Might be the width, might be the length or maybe my imagination.
Can someone can add to this.

Frame Stud
I think you are looking for what Numrich calls a frame stud.

Numrich has screws for $2.88 ea, or Jack First has them for $9-- ea. Numrich shipping is about $6, Jack over $10

I have to ask. Why do you need a grip frame bushing?
How tight was the grip screw?

I'll let Shooter explain his situation, but I've had those frame studs, on 1911s, bite me more than once.
I used to put Loctite (blue) on the grip screws, as they tended to shoot loose.
But they ended up backing out the stud if you tried to remove the screw. I'm guessing they simply weren't staked very well, but it is hard to get the stud off the screw through the grip.
Anything that holds the stud tightly enough to get the screw out, also tends to damage it.
