Anyone here have a lead on which company makes fiber optics sights that will fit the Equalizer? I'll even settle for replacing the front sight only if that's my only option available. Thanks!

It seems that XS Sights are the only one at this time that make sights for the Equalizer 9mm. You can order a sight kit with either SW-R207P-6N (orange) or SW-R207P-6G (green) front sights. I just bought the last orange sight on Amazon. Green ones are available from opticsplanet.com.
