Default SW99 suppressed

The SW99 doesn’t get a lot of love, even the 9mm. Maybe this will help

I have a funny situation where i ended up getting a Rugged Obsidian.45 before I could find the right host for it. I did not expect to get my stamp in a few days, but so it is…. I really like your setup, and I’ve been trying to find threaded barrels for any 3rd gen - much like you’ve done. And to that - well done sir. How does it shoot?

You probably wont find any for a 3rd Gen, the only people to make them were Bar-Sto, and they stopped ages ago. What you can do is send a barrel and slide to ECCO Machine and they can extend and thread the barrel for you. I had one done for my 459 so it can be comped

Noooooooooo!!!

Ecco suspended threading indefinitely. Damn, I was really excited for a hot minute. Does anyone else provide this service?

ADCO used to have it as a service until last year. Tornado Tech has it listed for 39-2’s but im not familiar with their quality. Taylor Pickerell @ GNI does similar barrel work and might take it on.

Sad to hear that from ECCO, they did this one for me less than a year ago. I had some others i wanted to send them

Honestly not so great. It shoots really low, like 3 inches low at 7yds. While I'm primarily a Glock guy now I grew up shooting P99's and am familiar with the triggers, so it's not a trigger issue.

I saw the SW99 sitting in the back of the safe and grabbed a Jarvis threaded barrel off of one of my P99's. I got that barrel back in 2013 before Walther was making threaded models. I really like the SW99 and in some respects find it superior to it's close cousin the P99. I liked it so much that when I found a .45 SW99 locally I grabbed that too. I'd love to try suppressing that as well but I think that would be more of a chore.
