I bought one and it just came today. Excellent deal. I don't know how they make money on them.

I'm thinking selling them at that number they must be getting something back from S & W. It's much like some car dealers do. When they sell a car at invoice they get a dollar amount per car incentive paid back to them. So it's no loss for them. Other then that it's still a great price and I also can't figure out how they are making money on it.

I got mine a few weeks back at that price. Maybe they had a slowdown in sales while the ammo shortage was in play. It's still not readily available but it got better to the point where I chose to pull the trigger at this price. Good deal!

I didn't pull the trigger on this one only because I was just a little skeptical that there would be a problem since the price seemed to good to be true. Kind of kicking myself now after pricing the rifle at several dealers. :( Maybe they will have it again and I won't sit on the sidelines on the next one.

Keep checking back with them. I originally missed the sale price but they posted it back at $299 a few days later. This is at least the 3rd time I've seen it priced at $299 over the past several weeks.

Received my PSA 15-22 and it is exactly the same as my neighbors rifle that he paid $500 for. Not quite the bells and whistles of my Magpul edition but not the same price either. PSA's new warehouse seems to be working as all of my orders recently have shipped within a few days unlike the previous two weeks or so. Some posters are always looking for a negative within a positive.

Don't even hesitate - buy one.

I'm currently languishing in the UK having spent circa £2k on my set up and accessories (that's around $3,200!).

And that's not counting ammunition - circa 7k rounds through it so far...

I don't think I have read anyone posting something negative about this deal. When someone see's something selling for $300.00 when every other LGS wants $500.00 I think being careful is in order. There are also some people who have to find something negative in everyone's posts also.

Thanks for that info. I'll keep checking the site. :)

Just got mine last week that was ordered on Labor Day. Several delays with shipping, FFL dealer, and took about a week once it was shipped to make it to California. Looking to try it out this weekend.

Prices on commodity MSR's in 22,223,308 have crashed, I've noticed. I expect to see great deals this Christmas season.
Personally, I like my Henry wood and blued steel lever gun with the 20" octagonal barrel. Put 21 shorts in the tube and take out the earplugs, nice day at the range.

Mine has to go to a FFL. Shop around for that, too. I found the cheapest FFL in the area charging only $20.

In my case I keep my buddy's FFL on file with PSA as I unfortunately have constant use for it. They charge me and ship to him. I have wondered if I could get them to do the reverse:-)

I jumped on that deal as soon as I saw it.

I wonder if the ammo problem has driven down prices on these guns. I would think so.

I don't think so. Grab-A-Gun has it listed for $365.00 plus $5.95 shipping. The lowest I have found. My LGS wants $429.99 Plus tax. So this was a very good deal
