15-22 Realtree APG HD in the house

So this matches up with the Talo Pink Platinum I got for my wife last year and the M&P15-22P too. Nice to have 3 running the same mags. 100% reliability going through nearly 500 rounds today in the new Realtree. Big smile.

I also have an AR-15 lower that I built with a 22LR upper running Black Dog mags and I gotta say, I have few problems with it, and even less with the 15-22s. All 3 15-22s run like sewing machines.

I almost hate to admit how well these darn things work and how much fun they are.

New 15-22 Realtree AP

I just picked up my third 15-22 on Friday. Also a 15-22 in Realtree AP. I fired it Saturday AM. Fired two hundred Winchester M-22 rounds,one hundred Remington Golden Bullet and 25 CCI mini Mags. All ammo worked flawlessly.
Three new 25 round mags, one mag would only hold 24 rounds, one mag failed to lock back after the last round, happed three times than worked great.
All rounds fired at 25 yards with elbows supported on a bench. Sighted it in with the open sights and than will put on the Nikon P22 scope.
Gotta love these guns!!

Thanks. I rolled my own on that one. R Guns stripped lower, Magpul Enhanced trigger guard, Colt trigger kit, Colt carry handle, every pin, spring, detent and lever was assembled custom - no LPK used. It sports a M-4 22LR upper in the photo. Not as reliable as the M&P15-22, mostly due to the mags I do believe. But then again, it is an upper away from bigger and better tasks.

The Pachmeyer Vindicator AR grip is a priceless gem of mine. Took forever to find it as they haven't made them in years. Although they are heavy, I love the feel as it is very handgun-esque.

That camo tape on the scope looks good. I had been thinking of painting my APG 15-22 either FDE or Black. But, I may just buy some camo tape and call it quits.

Stuff works great. Lots of patterns to choose, re-useable. And it beats buying matching camo scopes for all these camo units that keep finding their way home...
