Apparently, it depends on who you talk with in customer service. I ordered some from S&W between Christmas and New Years w/2 day shipping. Didn't receive an email or products. Called all day on 4 Jan., finally reached customer service at 745 EST. Was told S&W was closed during the holiday, so no shipping or email. Was informed that mags were on b/o and tough luck on two day shipping, then got disconnected. Called again on the 5th with intentions of cancelling, rep. said my order was on hold but not b/o'd. He released the hold and 2 days later I had 4 mags. on the doorstep.
