15-22 Threaded Barrel

Chattanooga, I have the same pro-point you have, and want to mount it on my 15-22. Did you replace the scope rings to fit the riser or did you find a riser that fit the original rings?

Using original rings with the pro-point (low profile). 3/4 inch riser puts the rear sight aperture in the center of scope. I also use a 40mm red dot with the same 3/4 inch riser. Puts the rear sight aperture in the lower third.

well, i finally got my barrel nut off after breaking a few pvc "wrenches." since i don't live in TN and can't take my barrel to belt fed, where are the rest of you guys sending your barrels? i'm looking to have my 10/22 and my mark III 22/45 threaded also.

there are a ton of places that do custom work online and the prices vary considerably, want to know if any of you have experience with a particular shop and how they did.

thanks

hey you didnt have to even take it apart we dont charge extra for that .... and you can ship it to us.. 99% of what we do is over the net... phil just lived close and he wanted to come hang but he did get the op. to see what i meant by doing it the right way
