I bought this 19-3, a little while back. Serial#2K70XXX, blue & 4" barrel. I have some questions if target sights, target trigger, and target hammer are original. And maybe, what year it was manufactured. Not for sale. Thanks, Big Rich 55

Most likely July - Sept time frame 1972.

I could be wrong but I seem to recall target triggers and hammers were an option. I sure do like the way this model 19 is set up.

The Target Trigger and Target Hammer were pretty common option by the time the 19-3s rolled out.

Nice gun, the grips don't seem to match, grain and color is different.

Target sights are standard; target trigger and target hammer were options. Personally, I like a target hammer, mated with a narrow, smooth trigger. Smooth triggers are better for double action shooting IMNSHO.
