Another Smith I picked up same time as the 32-20 I posted earlier. Reading thru some past threads I believe this pistol shipped around 1919 -1920? She has been carried a lot but lockup is tight , strong lands and grooves with some scattered putting,
Lots of hand wear on the grips, duty gun maybe? Same older lady brought in both pistols and a savage automatic in 32, no backstory just wanted to get rid of them.
This pistol had quite a bit of rust which I got rid of using boiling and carding.

Best to call it a 4th Change revolver. I found that 328341 shipped in March 1920. The factory could have still been using up the old gold medallion stocks in the early part of 1920 while integrating the 1920 decade plain convex stocks into the line.
