1911 E series in 9mm

Seems every 1911 manufacturer under the sun is now making good , reliable 9mm models in different lengths and model levels. S&W still only has the high end Pro. Something at a lower level with a Fiber optic sight would be welcomed.

Every other 1911 manufacturer also has a 10mm.

I want one in the E-series 4" SC round butt. I can hope...

If S&W would produce a 1911 in 9mm, let it be like that Springfield EMP (or whatever it's called) and actually scale the weapon down to a 9mm, not just put a 9mm barrel in the .45 frame.

Also, .357 SIG would be a nice one.....
