The thread on old magazines, and the one on Sword Canes reminded me of a catalogue my Dad used to get once in a while in the 1950s. It was about the size of a small comic book but full of items like daggers, some with brass knuckles, sword canes, multi barrel derringers, and other weapons. Maybe 20 -30 pages. Each weapon (most of them were oddities) had a description and black and white photo or sketch. I think it was from a company in New York but don't recall for certain.
I can't remember the name of the company, he never bought anything from it but it was interesting to look over and wish.
Anybody remember seeing this?
Thanks

There was a cool catalog back then from a guy named Abel (IIRC), and I think it was NYC also. It was about 1/2 comic book size with glossy coated paper and a lot of pictures including armor and all types of weapons.... I enjoyed it very much.
