I am very well aware that LNIB guns are favored by collectors and that guns without the box and with honest wear are often being called "shooters".

In case of say a Nickel P&R 1960's model 27 3.5 inch , if You compare a truly minty one (99%) with another minty one (also 99%) but the second one comes with matching original box, manual , warranty card etc, what % price premium would I expect to pay? Assuming both guns are identical.

Would like to hear some opinions.

Thank You

That's a desirable Model/configuration. The % premium could be huge for the "complete package". Bbl. length and nickel finish are big factors. Diamond grips, and whether or not it's a -2 or earlier will affect price too. Don't see many for sale like this. I'm not sure of an exact % figure, but believe many collectors would pay a hefty premium imo.

I would say $1,000.00 to $1,500.00 for just the gun and $1,500.00 to $2,500.00 and maybe a little more for the one with everything. at least around here. if that answers your question...............................M*
