I remember a number of prints such as the one shown. All involved Disney Caricatures who were involved in actions other than Bank robbery. Enough Said, OK.

Goofy was not well armed at all, and it likely helped to seal his fate.

Also worth noting that Mickey has employed a small semiautomatic… obviously he is a fan of mouse guns. :D

In those days guns could
be kept firing without reloads.

The LEOs look like they're from
the NYPD.

Guessing that those guys were hoping that intimidation would do the job, and that whippet Goofy was carrying would certainly do that.

With all the bullet holes in the perps and their getaway car, I am led to believe that either a) the Sergeant has dropped his riot gun after running it dry, or b) there are other officers on the scene, just not seen in the pic.

Looks like Mickey, with the bag of money, has a chance of getting away. Maybe that is why he is still smiling. Machine-gun Donald is laying down cover fire for Mickey.

It appears that Popeye is driving a Red Ford Falcon.

The closest officer is wounded in the left leg and on his left side has a six round belt slide that is empty, so he reloaded once.
