Ughh. I looks like a 944 Porsche to me. It reminds me of the old mustang 2 from my youth. What an ugly car and a waste of a good brand.

Glad I picked up my 2013 and 2014 when I did.

Here is Ford's webpage for the 2015.

Oh and they even dropped the 5.8L! and brought back a 4 banger instead.

meh...

what I have a hard time with is the corporate adoption of the Catfish grill.

I swear, all those Ford cars look like a smilin' Catfish...

Yuk, that aint a Mustang! These are M.I.N.O's (Mustang in Name Only.)

Gimme a 1965 Mustang any time.

I clicked on the link and must say that is the WORST gallery I have ever seen. Would it have killed the photographer to snap 1 picture of the whole car?

I agree with Greg, I like both. If Ford keeps making the same body year after year they will soon die. Change while it's hot!
I just noticed the fully independent rear suspension.

The Boss 302 of the current body is my grail car right now.

Adjustable suspension, race key….

What is going to be interesting is seeing the '15 car in person. It is an inch lower and over an inch wider with the same wheelbase.

Also very interesting is the turbo 4-cylinder. More power than the V-6 but it should be lighter and may end up being the sleeper of the bunch with very sweet handling.

Ford has gone with organic shapes over the years, and I never did take a shine to that design paradigm. Kind of like when Mercedes made their CLK's look exactly like a Honda Civic, including the rounded tail lights. Yuk.

With the exception of the grill off a Focus, I find it to be a good blend of tradition and fresh. I think it's pretty well executed. I'd do it in a heart beat!

I like it. I like the line that runs on top of the side windows. I like the rake on the rear window and on the tail lights. And shoulders on the car when viewed fully from the rear leave me nostalgic for any one of several cars.

Don't matter to me. If it is a Mustang, I like it. Love the new grill and the sporty lines. Beats anything from Government Motors or Chrysler. Wish like the dickens I still had my 78 Mustang II Cobra. 302 with a hoped up c4 auto, loved that car!! My dream car is still a 69 Boss 302.

I think Ford did a great job of building a modern car that still looks like a Mustang. As much as I love my '06 GT, the really retro look has worn out it's welcome and it's time for something modern. As to the powertrain options, we haven't heard any news yet on what the next GT500 will be, but the GT will still be a 5.0 V-8 pushing north of 420HP. The turbo 4 is an addition to slot in between the base V-6 and the GT. I don't see any harm in that. To some of the traditionalists, keep in mind that Ford is going to sell this Mustang worldwide for the first time, so some of the things you may not like will help move some additional units and keep the good folks of Flat Rock working :)

I kind of like it, looks pretty sharp. Would need to see one on the street, though...

I sat in an absolutely beautiful Mustang Shelby 500 (I think that's what it was named) In a showroom this past spring. Very low production; awesome car! The thing was a beast, and beautiful inside and out! I was very tempted to do paperwork, but my common sense caught up with me just in time.

The independent rear suspension should be a big improvement over the live rear axle. Unless Ford did something stupid like not equipping it with a limited slip differential.

This may be a good opportunity to get a 2013 or earlier at a big discount.
