I have a question to ask you, about the games.

When the Summer games come to LA Calif;

will will inches, feet and miles be used in the results?

That Metric stuff has me scraching my head, as to what was going on. :eek:

Most metric distances for foot races are easy to convert. 1/4 mile = 440 yards= 400 meters.

1000 yards is about 914 meters, 1000 meters is 1100ish yards.

I'm sure the sportscasters will be showing off their metric powellises, and constantly be telling you the conversions.

Easy, peasy.
Just ask Siri.

The 2028 Games will be "No Cars". Venues will only be accessible by public transportation. In Los Angeles? Hoo-boy, good luck with that! Does anyone have 3,000 buses they are willing to donate to the cause? Here's an article from AP:

My suggestion: If you want to attend an Olympic event in 2028, go to Oklahoma City where the Olympic canoe and kayak slaloms will be held. Much less traffic there! Here's an article from PaddlingLife.com. (Yes, there is a website called PaddlingLife.com, but it's not the naughty site some of you might hope for.;))
