.22 mag cylinder on m 34

saw a model 34 with a .22 mag. cylinder, how special was this gun. never saw one before so just assumed it was one of a kind. what can you tell me? Mistah G

One of a kind,as a 34 never left the factory that way.
May have been a 51,which I believe is the 22 magnum version of a 34,a 22lr cyliner would have been available for that one.
Magnum guns have a larger bore.
