I would like to see a top quality .25 ACP pistol. Have a choice of 25 auto or 25 NAA. The 25 NAA is a necked down 32 ACP. I read that in the near future some company is going to come out with a Baby Browning in 25 ACP. On another note!

Sorry if this has been posted before. I got this from another site.

That already happened in the 1970's. It was called the Bauer. A perfect clone in stainless steel. After the 1968 Gun Control Act, a lot of people bought up the remaining stocks of the Browning Auto for $40 each. The chromed Browning had pearl stocks and sold for $70.

Beretta has been marketing a line of high quality .25's for years. I have a Beretta Jetfire Model 950 that is a great little pocket gun - if a .25 can ever be considered "great!" It is totally reliable and surprisingly accurate. I would be really surprised to see S&W get into this market, but who knows?

Maybe a SW1911 in .25 ACP with a double stack, 28 round magazine. That would be a good deal to have.

I don't believe S&W has made a 25 ACP. I don't think they will get into the 25 business anytime soon. S&W should get in on the 380 ACP business. Ruger has been selling a lot of LCPs and Kahr has just come out with a very nice pocket 380. I don't see the need for a 25 or 32 auto when you can get a micro 380 like the LCP that weighs 9 ounces.

I'd like to see Browning's .25 ACP reintroduced, especially in stainless steel.
Would be a good concealed carry gun at the beach, in the pocket of your trunks.
Many people pooh-pooh the .25 ACP but it's a better threat than your fists if someone has a knife or a gun themselves.
It's also a serious threat because no one can shrug off being hit with it. In time, it will cause massive infection if nothing else.
I'd like to see a 35 gr. JHP +P load to go with it.
Any small .32 or .380 still could not be as small as the .25 ACP; it's just a matter of shrinkage in your swimming trunks (did I really say that?)

Just about European manufacturer must have made a 25 cal at sometime including Webley - which is the only Webley auto, not counting a Fosbery, which I will be able to afford to own...works well on home-loads too...
and matches your comments on the Beretta.
Would be nice to have a S & W to "make up the set" so to speak...
