I picked up a 29-2 nickel smith and would like to know what would be the period grips for it.

The 29-2 had a long run so at least part of the serial # is a necessity. It could be Cokes, diamond targets, or GA non diamond football cutout ones.

This 29-2 is N742XXX, late 70's. This type would be correct for this vintage. Joe
