Does anyone have a recommendation as to replacement main spring. Trying to lighten double action pull.

You might want to try putting a lighter rebound spring in first, that way you will not risk the chances of not having reliable ignition of the primers. But if you are dead set on changing the main spring the Wolf springs are lightest, the Wilson spring is a little stronger, but still less than the factory stock spring. The chances are that if you lighten the main spring you will be limited to Federal Primered Ammo......I have given you quick and simple answers here....It can get more complicated than this, as you will see if others elect to chime in on your Post...:D
 
I have had good luck using the Wolff kit, and install the heaviest springs in the kit. That rebound spring is the hardest to change. Clean out all the oil grease, and use whatever you consider best. I've done two L-frames with hammer mounted firing pins and been lucky with the light strikes (none).
