I bought a bag of 300-count brass for 300 Blackout. 7% had crimped/staked primers and 1 (one) had a large primer! I didn't recognize the headstamp. and threw it in the trash. (I checked; it was Boxer primed!) With a large primer, there is almost nothing left of the case!
AS an aside: I also bought a 300-count bag of 7.62x39 Russian. There were several 300 Blackout case in it and the same for the bag of 300BO. They do look similar but not that much. They pretty much evened out.
Not one Berdan primed case in either bag!
