32 wcf Hand ejector

Hello.
I just got this revolver from my Grangpops and I would like to know what year is it and more info on it.
It's a 32 Wcf Ctg Hand ejector.
On the yoke I believe it says T 28.
The barrel is 6 inches with Fixed sight.
It has the Strain crew and also 5 more screws.

32 WCF same same 32-20. Very nice example. The serial number should be written in pencil inside of the right grip panel. It should show under a bright light held on a steep angle.

Someone will be along to give you a good idea as to when your gun was made and shipped. If I remember correctly, S&W quit manufacturing them about 1930. It was a slow seller so I think some shipped as late as 1940. Don't have my books with me so not sure of the info.

Your .32-20 Hand Ejector likely left the factory in 1913.
The stocks on it are period correct.

That is a very nice .32 wcf. I am a little jealous. They are hard to find in my area.

The main problem is the low availability and high expense of factory ammunition.
