Looking to possibly purchase the above referenced revolver and trying to find some info regarding age and value.

Welcome to the Forum. There is a whole lot of information missing, but in this case the "C" helps. That 38 Military & Police revolver would likely have shipped from the factory in 1950. There is no way to give you a value on that M&P without seeing it, knowing what condition the finish is in, type of stocks, and if the configuration is original or altered, etc., etc., etc. Pictures would help and you can usually save images and then post them here, but not the link to the gun if for sale online.

Welcome to the forums from the Wiregrass! With a serial of C7120, the gun likely shipped in 1948 making it a very early .38 M&P with the modern short throw action. As Gary says, pictures are needed to give a valuation.
