380 EZ Magazine question

Is the magazine for the Performance Center 380 EZ the same as the magazine for the regular 380 EZ?

I wanted to see about ordering another magazine. I was told by S&W customer service that the magazine for the Performance Center 380 EZ is different than the regular 380 EZ. Does that make any sense?
