3rd Gen sights - ID help

I recently bought a 4053 LE trade in - the night sights are not very night sighty. How do I ID the mfgr to ask about a "recharge"?

Novak sights usually say Novak on them, mine are unmarked.

Is there a way to ID the mfgr?
