Seems like a no brainer to me. They already have the guns, they just need to do them with 4" barrels. Call them "Woods Guards" or "Mountain Guards" or something. The lightweight frame, with the stainless cylinder is a nice compromise instead of something like the 329PD. Little more weight for shootability, but still light to carry, and with no-snag durable fixed sights.

I'd have already made my own out of a 329NG, a 325NG, and a 396NG, if the barrels were easier to come up with and to change out.

I agree with this one. I was thinking about a 4 inch NG in the 327 and 325 form. These would be outstanding fighting handguns. Hey S&W, are ya listening????

Horace and Dan did make a 327 PD just a couple of years ago. It is scandium with a 4" barrel and titanium cylinder. It has the HiViz sight. Take off the HiViz and put on a XS Dot and you have a 4" Night Guard. I myself would prefer the 3" Night Guard.

I agree with this one. I know they made some scandium frames with a four inch barrel and I know I could get it duracoated if I wanted one but a 3" Night Guard that was bult from the ground up that way would be nice. I bet is Talo or Davidsons asked for a special run they would be red hot. I would use the D&L Sports rear over the current one though. I like the screws all the way down.
