.40 S&W deal

Just pick up 4 boxes of 100ct federal champion 180gr FMJ at Wal-Mart for $25 a piece. Sweet deal, just thought I'd share.

Any thoughts on champion ammo? I have yet to shoot the stuff, i know its on the lower end of the spectrum, but i couldnt pass it up.

That's pretty good... these days with component costs what they are it cost me at least $23/100 to roll my own. for practice ammo its worth it.

That is a screaming deal. I just picked up 2 100 round box's of Winchester 40 S&W 165 grain from Farm & Fleet and paid $30 a box. And I thought that was a good deal.

That is good. Our local WackMarts are typically sold out or you can't find a name tag to get it for you.

If the .40 ammo is anything like the 9, you should be pleased--especially for the price. You are getting USA made, brass cased ammo for essentially the price of the metal cased Russian stuff.

I found the same thing and Wally World for $15.47/50 round box. So that is a great deal. I thought I was doing well at $15/box.
