4006 SS Parts

looking for spare parts in stainless steel to install on my 4006, specifically to replace the (MIM) spurred hammer and trigger. Can anyone point in the direction of a possible source, new or used? Looked on the Brownell site, but they are listed as MIM. also, are parts for the 39xx, 59xx, etc. interchangelable? I assume that the mainspring rod might have to be switched if the grip length differs.

The hammer and trigger never came in stainless. All of the pre-MIM ones were carbon steel. Before 1994 they were flash chromed to match the stainless pistols. After 1994 the were all just blued.

Try Gunbroker. There are a few sellers that take older models as sell them as parts (no frame). The factory may also have some left. You can also take some 1994-98 parts and have them chromed.
