4006 TSW decocker removal

I, too, bought one of the Summit 4006 TSWs at auction. I just received it today, and, after a quick look-over, it's not in bad shape. Planning on taking it down to clean, but I have a question: could someone please point me to, or provide advice on removing the decocker safety? I've dealt with the traditional safeties, but thought I'd ask before jumping into the unknown.
Also, what, precisely, is a SIMMs gun, which this is described as? I'm guessing something to do with "simulation", but a search turned up fishing equipment and dynamite guns.

Simms training guns, is just a 9mm barrel inserted, and using a paint pellets to shoot. Messy as hell and didn't work most of the time. The nice thing about this, is the guns original barrel is like new and with new recoil spring

Thanks for those replies. I was almost thinking that SIMMs was an acronym. Yep, that 4006TSW shows all the signs of not having been fired much.
