4013 TSW

I dont have a dog in this hunt, but I just saw one of the 4013 tsw's at my local gunshop...its the 6906 but in 40 cal. Has the double stack 9 round mag . Marked $599...Im sure they would take a little less. Franklins Gunshop, Bogart GA

Is it the pre-rail or rail version?

It has the rail
