I had my 4053 stolen along with papers, box, etc. the gun was returned by police from a drug house but no magazines or papers or box. Anyone know where I could get a least one magazine?

I see them on E-bay from time to time.
I see some at the local gun shows every now & then, which I know doesn't help you. 
At the last gun show one table had two for $40/ea. Pass. Later I found one on another table marked $25 & labelled for a 4053. I asked what their bottom dollar was, he muttered, "humm... 4053... $20". Sold! Works in my 4013 single stack just fine, of course.
