I have one, talked the LGS into getting me one. It is the Big Boy steel, I believe it is the only way the 41 comes. Took it out and sighted it in to carry in the woods this year, yes, I did scope it.
It doesn't like my cast load, but does shoot my jacketed load well. I have had no problems with it.
I do feel kind of lucky. The store has been able to get two of them this year (one of them mine) and currently cant find any more with other 41 mag fans wanting them.
In MHOP they are well worth the money, well made, good fit and finish, nice wood, and it works thus far. For some reason Henry priced the first ones more than their regular lever guns, my store called and talked them down to the regular price, saving me more then 100 dollars.
If you can find one I think you will enjoy it.
