422 rear sight in 2213?

I need a replacement rear sight for my 2213. Numerich is out of stock but they do have the rear sight for the 422/622. Can those be made to fit? They are different part numbers.

The 2213 part number is 382180 and the one they have in stock is 382170.

Have you called S&W customer Service???? That should have been the first place to ask for either this information or a replacement sight. 800-331-0852

The depth of the dovetail is different. The 2206 uses the same fixed sight. The only way to get them is to buy a parts kit from a 2214/2213/2206, they show up from time to time on GB.
