My gun has a factory cut/installed 3.5" barrel, but I don't know what the last "O" towards the end of it means. It is separate from the serial number and when the gun was lettered it did not tell me what it meant. Any help is appreciated!

Those are assembly numbers and have nothing to do with shipping.

He's referring to the "O" (for Outside Svc Dept) stamped following the barrel serial # in the rear end of the extractor shroud.
