I have ordered a 442 Pro moon clip revolver. I have a titanium cylinder I want to put on it. Can I use the extractor star from the moon clip cut cylinder on the new titanium cylinder? Thanks for any help!

Probably, yes. There may be minor fitting required. You will have to keep in mind the prohibition of shooting 357 magnum ammo in it though. (I believe the titanium cylunders are chambered for .357 magnum ammunition)

Should work fine

I don't see why that wouldn't work. Be careful closing the ti cylinder the first time you may find it hits the forcing cone like mine did, and I stoned down the forcing cone to the proper cylinder gap, I like 004-006. If you close it without checking first you could gouge the cylinder face..I think that the cylinders that are found online are maybe factory high side on the tolerances.

Sorry for bumping an old thread, but I recently performed this same switch on my 442, which came with a cylinder cut for moon clips. Did you encounter any issues after making the switch? I haven't tested it at the range yet and likely won't unless I get a thumbs up or two.
