For Source Situation Go here> https://www.luckygunner.com/labs/self-defense-ammo-ballistic-tests/#9mm to compare these two .45 ACP loads against all the 9MM Luger loads they tested. Note: the results from 9MM 124gr. Federal HST and HST +P as tested by Lucky Gunner and the Winchester's 124gr. Ranger T-Series +P results as tested in comparison. The Ranger T in 147gr. expanded well. I found the results interesting. But then I am a ballistics nut.
That way you don't have to take "my word" for the results on the 9MMs tested.
I am still not saying use a .45 ACP over a 9MM just know the facts as you pick your ammo and shoot what you can shoot most accurately.
