I have a 4513 TSW that as far as I can tell is NIB. I got it with several revolvers and never paid any attention to it. I had to dig it out to even see exactly what it is. It must be an early one with no rail, cutaway grip, 6 shot. Product code 104550, Spec Order 8218, whatever that means.

I have had a 4516-1 for a long time and have shot it some over the years. Problem is I never really liked it. I normally shoot 1911's and the 4516 just feels completely different in my hand and of course the DA trigger feels completely different.

In the last few days I have read several threads where you guys just love these guns. I was going to sell the 4513 but now you guys have me thinking I should reconsider?

I don't CC, some day I might but mostly I just target shoot, reload and tinker here in the country.

How much value do you think I would knock off this 4513 if I decide to shoot it enough to decide if I like it?? <100 rounds.

Unfired VS fired value?

Or maybe just put it away unfired for another 20 yrs?

It's a nice day here and it's sure tempting!

I'd place the cash value on an early production 4513TSW, LNIB, at $650. I don't think you will hurt that value shooting it. Not to a shooter/accumulator anyway.

That said, the real value of the 4513TSW is as a concealed carry piece. Bet your life reliable, accurate and easily concealed.

I qualify with mine for off duty/BUG carry. I seldom shoot it other than that. It is not my idea of a "fun range gun".

If you don't want a small 45 carry piece, you could easily sell it here. IIRC there was a fellow in one of the 4513TSW threads yesterday who was VERY interested in locating a 4513TSW for sale. Regards 18DAI
