Your pictured pistol is specifically a pre-rail 4553TSW & they were made from 1997 to 1999.
The railed 4553TSWs ran from 2000-2002.
I've never seen any production numbers for these particular models.

The pre rail TSW guns in any caliber are relatively rare since they were replaced by the higher capacity railed TSW guns in 2000.
