After only 8 days, My 460 XVR is back from S&W. It had a "catch" in the bouble action trigger pull. About 1/4-1/3 into the pull, I would have to momentarily pull harder to get past a hard spot. Well, they replaced the sear and sear spring. It feels good again.

That problem came about after around 100 rounds after the 1st time I sent it back. It had a bad creep in the single action pull. It was freaking awfull not knowing when the trigger would break the hammer. That time it got a new hammer and trigger.

Also, the first time back, they fixed the endshake and re-set the B/C gap to 0.006". No more endshake problems since then. I figure the frame stretched a little from new and then reached a point where it did not stretch anymore. That's what I am hoping for.

Poor assembly job. No more no less.

I don't think the frame can stretch on the X frame, the yoke is the weak link and that's where the problem was. Possibly the end (yoke barrel) was not square inside so it deformed easily causing more end shake.
