I was rereading Semper Fi by WEB Griffin.
I started doing some looking on the internet about the 4th Marines, their time as China Marines, and then through WWII, as chronicled in the Griffen CORPS series of books.
I found these sites which have a picture series, as well as documentary about the 4th Marines. Old photographs are always fascinating to me, and even though I have no connection with the 4th Marines, maybe some of you do? In any case the photographs are very interesting.
