I saw an ad for Sunday's 60 Minutes tonight that stated the show would be doing a story on the gun & ammo buying frenzy. I'm sure it will be as fair and well balanced as the POS story 20/20 did Friday night.
I don't think that anybody except the producers are behind the scenes pushing this junk.We had plenty of these types of shows in the last eight years with a gun friendly (or at least neutral) administration. The producers and personalitys on these shows seem to be mostly anti-gun.They are probably under a lot of pressure to get people to stop arming themselves. I wonder who could be behind the scenes pushing for this type programming. Maybe certain powerful people who hate the idea of an armed citizenry. Hmmmmmm...

I'll spend that 60 minutes reloading some ammo on my bench.
.....I haven't watched since the blew up the pick-up truck trying to convince the US that GM was making vehicles that burned after crashes.

The only way to beat 60 minutes is to ignore them.

The only way to beat 60 minutes is to ignore them. If enough people don't watch they will go by the wayside. It's working with the newspapers! I haven't watched since the blew up the pick-up truck trying to convince the US that GM was making vehicles that burned after crashes.

You list the advertisers and I'll promise to write them.
Thanks

But, how many of you actually watched it? I did, and thought it was not so bad, due to the quick thinking, well prepared, and articulate gentleman from VA that was being interviewed. I tried to watch it from a neutral standpoint, as if I did not already have an agenda, and I think the show did no harm, maybe even some good, once again due to the excellent thoughts and responses from the man in VA. He is definitely the kind of person we want speaking in public on our behalf.
