I've been on a bit of a tear lately, and I've got to stop. Easier said than done though, especially when I happened by this beauty.

It's a late production 617-1 (1998) 6 shot round butt with the forged hammer and MIM trigger. Came with the labeled case and goodyears which were immediately replaced with some Ahrends.

I'll be living in my truck if this keeps up!

That is a very nice looking gun. I have the -6 in 6 inch. Let me know when you are ready for that trade. : )

You can always sell the truck to buy more Smiths! Nice revolver.

Nice 617 JohnAc. I Know your gonna like it. Thank you for the invite to post. Here's a 617 no dash I picked up about a month ago. It came with the correct box, docs and combats.

Ditto

My 617 no dash came with Target hammer and trigger too. But it also came with a set of wood finger grip stocks that I immediately took off and replaced with a set of proper target stocks. I just can't seem to find a way to like those finger grips...

Every time I take it to the range I get asked, before firing it, if's it's a "dirty harry gun!" Geez
