My wife has a 5" 625 (pre-IL) safe queen that has maybe 200 rds thru it. Always cased so no holster wear. She wants to sell it locally in order to fund a shield for CCW. Was wondering what a fair asking price was?

TIA

What revision number (625-1, 625-7, etc.)? What caartridge does it take, .45 ACP or .45 Colt? Can you post pictures? You would likely get a fair offer here on the forum.

625-2 is the model number. Caliber is .45 acp.
Not really sure how to get a pic from my phone to the list - I'm a geezer techno-peasant. Interested parties can email me and I do know how to attach a pic that way. [email protected]
Thanks.

Depending on your location fair value is in the area of $800. Box and papers will be a plus. If it is a safe queen and like new as you describe that is a plus. The 625's are highly sought after and a pristine specimen should sell fast. I'd think twice before selling. Good luck.

I'd keep the 625 in the family and buy her a Shield for a gift if I were you.
