I wish S&W would make a 638 Performance model. I really like being able to shoot single action and still having the conceal ability of the concealed hammer. A Performance version of the 638 would make it almost perfect.

Just read the original post in Modern Revolvers. Casting my vote for a 638PC. It probably IS perfect as it now stands, D Brown, but I could use the excuse to buy additional versions. Put me down for a case!

I would be happy with a 638 or even a 438 PC model.
I would be in. I have a current 638 and am teetering on getting a 438.
If this was available I would probably cast aside my 442PC two tone Chattanooga Arms that I have for one of these.

Absolute Perfection for me would be a Model 638 chambered for 327 Federal. Six shots instead of five and you have tons of ammo flexibility.
