65-3 finally rescued

Hello all, was able to finally pick up my "gun jail stragglers" yesterday. Long wait, but they are home. Here is a pick of a 65-13 3". S.N. 7D77631 shipped 06/22/82. Threw some new side plate screws and a set of $50.00 Altamont grips on it after a good cleaning. The jury is still out on these. It came with some Pach presentation grips, which are comfy but, I like to have at least period correct grips with them. My first 3" K and I am loving how it handles. Looks like a trip to the club in the morning for me. Range opens at 9, breakfast sandwich, coffee and a few casts for some trout before hand. Life is good.
